Starting this past Tuesday we became temporary parents to our friend's dog, Cooper. I mention on this post that Brad & Lindsey are moving home from Houston, TX and will be living with us until they can buy a house. Linds was in town for a couple weeks for the premiere of her show and interviewing for jobs. She brought Cooper along with her but decided not to take him back to Houston since they would be back in a week. So we are taking care of this little guy until they return, but he will still be living with us for awhile. It's been kind of fun to see what it would be like if we had a dog in our family.
Cooper's been a lot of fun but I still don't think we are ready to permanently take on a dog yet. I can see why people love dogs though!
We've been trying to take him on walks everyday to get out some of that puppy energy. I think he's just over a year old.
Ryan & I are trying to convince our friends to buy a house in our neighborhood so we decided to take a picture in front of the neighborhood mascot to show that Cooper is already committed to this area. :) It's so funny because every time we walk by this sculpture the owner has it dressed up differently for every holiday! I'll have to take a picture of it every time it changes for you guys.
I will try and post about our half bath this weekend and next week I will finally recap our 4th of July!
