The Thirty Day Challenge

Ok, so I'm about to embark on a 30 day challenge. I wanted to tell you guys so that you all can keep me accountable! You may remember several months ago I purchase the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. To be honest with you, I have not kept it up in the least! In just over a month, I will be taking a fun vacation with my hubby & some friends, and I want to get into shape for it. So I will be starting the Shred tonight for 30days. I'm not going to tell you what I weigh, but I will be tell you what I've lost (or gained!) from committing to this program. :) (I don't really want to blast my weight on the Internet, ya know?)

I'm really excited to get started. I know it's going to be really tough to do it everyday, but I will for you. Please check in to make sure I'm keeping up with it. I will try and share my weight loss every 10 days on here. That will really keep me accountable! Hopefully, this program is as good as everyone says it is. Has anyone tried this 30 day program? What did you think? Will I look like Jillian at the end? ;)
I'm hoping this gets me back on track with a good workout routine. Thanks for the support!

  3. I started the 30 day shred on January 13th. I did great with it and loved it! Unfortunately both my kids were very sick last week and that threw a wrench into my workouts. I am starting it up again today. It is not hard at all to stick with, in my opinion. One of the reasons for that, I think, is that I saw results fairly quickly. I also felt so much better after doing it. The fact that it is only a 20 minute work out also helps. I will check back soon to see how you like it! Good luck (:

  4. I'm laughing because I downloaded this off i-tunes SEVERAL weeks ago and have yet to start it!HAHA!! I have heard wonderful things about it and Jillian is inpsiration enough!
