Ok, so I'm about to embark on a 30 day challenge. I wanted to tell you guys so that you all can keep me accountable! You may remember several months ago I purchase the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. To be honest with you, I have not kept it up in the least! In just over a month, I will be taking a fun vacation with my hubby & some friends, and I want to get into shape for it. So I will be starting the Shred tonight for 30days. I'm not going to tell you what I weigh, but I will be tell you what I've lost (or gained!) from committing to this program. :) (I don't really want to blast my weight on the Internet, ya know?)
I'm really excited to get started. I know it's going to be really tough to do it everyday, but I will for you. Please check in to make sure I'm keeping up with it. I will try and share my weight loss every 10 days on here. That will really keep me accountable! Hopefully, this program is as good as everyone says it is. Has anyone tried this 30 day program? What did you think? Will I look like Jillian at the end? ;)
